Delivery times and costs
Our aim is to dispatch items on the same day the order was placed, providing they are in stock and placed during working hours.
United Kingdom
FREE for all UK orders over £30, otherwise £2.50.
Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class. A signature may be required depending upon the value of the order. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for delivery.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Costs £5.95 and is available to UK orders only. We guarantee next day delivery on all orders placed before 1pm and will try
our best to get your order delivered the next working day for orders placed up to 4pm. Note that Guaranteed Next Day Delivery refers to the next working day so
orders placed on a Sunday will arrive the following Tuesday.
Europe
£7.50 using Royal Mail.
Delivery is usually 3 - 7 days.
Rest of World
£12.50 using Royal Mail or a courier.
Delivery is usually 7 - 14 days.
We process orders Monday to Friday from 9am until 4.30pm. Orders placed over a weekend or during Bank Holidays will be processed
on the next working day.

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Our payment service provider is Protx. Protx has achieved the highest level of compliance
under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that
your details remain secure throughout the transaction process. The Protx payment system uses a combination of established and innovative
techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Their internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign,
this ensures that no third parties can impersonate Protx to obtain secure information.
Paypal. Pay safely using PayPal. PayPal accepts all major debit cards, credit cards and bank transfers.

Returning items
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item(s) unused and undamaged within 30 days from the day your order was placed.
Return your items to:
skinandco, Returns Department, Lloyds Bank Chambers, 87 Laygate, South Shields, NE33 5RF, United Kingdom.
When returning goods, it is recommended that you request a proof of posting from the Post Office (free of charge) or return them Recorded Delivery.
Please do not remove any cellophane wrapping or seals. We cannot accept goods back that have been used or opened.

Accounts and passwords
Your account contains your delivery and billing addresses, newsletter preferences and your order history.
If you are a new customer, you can create an account by going to the Register page. You will be asked to enter a user name
(which is displayed when you are logged in), a password and an email address. You will need your user name and password to place orders on the site,
track your orders online, add items to your wish list and see or edit your personal information including your address book.
Please note that we do not store your credit card details online.
If you can't remember your password, go to Password Recovery, enter your user name
and click 'send'. Your password will then be automatically emailed to you. Please note that, for security reasons, we cannot see your password,
so this is the only way to recover it.
If you have forgotten your user name (this happens to us all of the time!), then please email us with your full name and the email address you used to register with us.

If items are out of stock, you will not be able to add them to your basket (the link or button will be disabled). You can, however, add them to your wish list.

Free gift wrap promotion
You can select to have free gift packaging on the checkout page of the web site. Just click the checkbox under 'Free Gift Wrap Options'.
You will receive a free gift box or bag providing we have a bag or box to fit. We stock some strange-shaped items and unfortunately it isn't
possible to find something to fit every item! We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Using coupons
You can enter your coupon code at the checkout, under the 'Coupons' section. Simply enter the code and click 'apply'. The discount will be applied
immediately. Once you have chosen to apply your coupon, it cannot be removed. Only one coupon can be used per customer. If paying by PayPal, you can apply your coupon on the PayPal
Review Payment page.

Wish lists
Creating a wish list couldn't be more simple. Once you have registered with us, you can add any product you fancy to your wish list by clicking 'add to wish list'. You can view your wish list
at any time by clicking 'WISH LIST' at the top of the page. From your wish list page, click 'send wish list to others'. Here, you can enter the email addresses of the people you want to send the
wish list to, and write your own personal message. Clicking 'send' will email your wish list to the email addresses you typed in the box. Skin+co will sprinkle some fairy dust over your
list and you must keep your fingers and toes crossed that your wishes come true!
