Your Order.
When you place an order with us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order including your order details.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and at this point
a contract is made between you and us. You are seeking to enter into a contract with Skyward Consulting Limited when you place an order.
Prices and VAT.
All prices stated on the website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at 17.5%. Our VAT Registration number is: 812 1381 68.
Delivery.
We display the cost of postage and packing clearly on the
Delivery page, as well as the order review
stage of the 'check out' process. Delivery within the UK is usually 2 - 3 days, within Europe between 3 - 7 days and the rest of the world between 7 - 14 days.
Orders made over the weekend and on Public Holidays will be placed on the next working day and so allowances should be made for this.
Although we endeavour to dispatch our products within 24-48 hours, we shall not be liable for loss caused by delays beyond our control.
Refunds/Returns Policy.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item(s) unused and undamaged within 30 days from the day your order was placed.
Return your items to:

When returning goods, it is recommended that you request a proof of posting from the Post Office (free of charge) or return them Recorded Delivery.
Please do not remove any cellophane wrapping or seals. We cannot accept goods back that have been used or opened.
Cancellation of your order.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for your order at any point from the time of
ordering until 7 working days after delivery. To cancel, either telephone or email us, (see
Contact Us), stating the order number and a clear instruction that you
wish to cancel the order. Your right to cancel is on the basis that the goods have been un-opened and unused and we are able to re-sell them
as new. Please do not remove any cellophane wrapping or seals. We cannot accept goods back that have been used or opened.
If the products have already been dispatched, please return them to us at the address above (Refunds/Returns Policy) and we will credit your debit or
credit card within 30 days from the date you cancelled your order.
If the items aren't returned within 7 days of your notice of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of recovering
the items. In addition, if they are not returned to us within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the items.
If this is the case, we will charge you for your order.

Prize Draw Terms & Conditions.
The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person for each prize draw.
J Potter from Westerham was the winner of the prize draw selected at random on Monday 17th December 2007. Persons connected with skin+co are not eligible for entry. We will notify the winner
by email or phone where they will be able to make their choice of prize. Prizes must be claimed within 40 days, otherwise they will become void.
